Description

You will test ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations using manual and automated methods.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and test cases for ServiceNow functionalities and workflows.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on ServiceNow modules.
• Validate workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server-side scripts.
• Test ServiceNow REST/SOAP API integrations with external applications.
• Identify, document, and report defects using Jira or ServiceNow Test Management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Experience testing ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
• Technical knowledge of REST and SOAP API testing.
• Experience using Jira for defect management.
• Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong understanding of the ITIL framework.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Implementation Specialist.
• ISTQB or ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
