Translate business requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions and configure platform modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement Out-of-the-Box and custom ServiceNow applications.
• Configure ITSM modules including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Customize workflows, forms, and user interfaces using JavaScript, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics for stakeholder visibility.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with deep ServiceNow expertise.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSM modules.
• Proficiency in customizing applications via Script Includes, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
• Experience developing custom applications, forms, and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web services for external system integrations.
• Ability to analyze current processes and propose effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
