Description

You will serve as a Business Analyst focused on the ServiceNow platform, analyzing business needs and driving ITOM strategy. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to define requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Drive consensus and lead workshops to shape ITOM strategy.
• Document processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with ITIL principles.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping).
• Strong understanding of ITIL, CMDB Structure, and CI lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud infrastructures.
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of enterprise technologies including networking and monitoring tools.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow ITOM Fundamentals or Implementation Specialist certification.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow ITOM with external monitoring tools.
