Description

You will serve as a technical lead and consultant for enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environments. You will own requirement gathering workshops, define project scope, and guide product roadmaps through tool comparisons. Your work includes developing automated processes with client and server-side APIs and integrating ServiceNow with external systems like Active Directory and B2B interfaces. You will ensure data accuracy and mentor team members on cloud administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops to define project scope and provide roadmap guidance.
• Develop and script automated processes using client and server-side APIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, including Active Directory and B2B integrations.
• Mentor team members on cloud administration aspects and ensure information accuracy.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform as a Developer.
• 7+ years of experience in the IT industry.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and Risk Management (IRM).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, and AngularJS.
• Hands-on experience with Client/Server APIs including GlideRecord, GlideAggregate, and Script Includes.
• Experience with Service Portal development, including Widgets, UI Macros, and CSS-based UX/UI design.
• Strong knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
• Technical experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, REST, and SOAP integrations.
• Practical application of Agile Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Administration certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (various tracks).
• ServiceNow Service Portal Certification.
