Description

You will own the analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for ServiceNow implementations.
• Design ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and scripts.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate solution functionality.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with 5+ years hands-on with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ServiceNow platforms.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Knowledge of integration tools like REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
