Description

You define business processes and manage the ServiceNow product backlog to drive technical implementation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Baseline current business processes and define to-be models by persona and scenario.
• Decompose features into user stories with testable acceptance criteria and process documentation.
• Manage the product backlog by grooming items, prioritizing bug fixes, and maintaining a two-sprint buffer.
• Collaborate with UX, development, and architecture teams to prioritize features and technical debt.
• Support release management by defining defect criticality and driving adoption through user manuals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Scrum Master roles.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and strong understanding of Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities.
• Proven ability to define business processes and create detailed process documentation.
• Experience decomposing complex features into actionable user stories.
• Knowledge of technical debt management and release management processes.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with UX and development teams.
• Ability to negotiate dependency prioritization with Product Managers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with Product Owners to align technical approach with product vision.
