Description

Bridge customers and IT Ops to optimize processes on the ServiceNow platform for over 5,000 users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements through Agile stories and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and document workflows using process mapping and workflow diagrams.
• Lead Testing and QA sessions with customers following solution configuration.
• Manage user training and adoption to ensure successful platform implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or similar roles.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, IRM, GRC, and SAM modules.
• Proficiency with Virtual Agent, Integration Hub, and Citizen Developer tools.
• Hands-on experience with requirement gathering in Agile/Sprint environments.
• Ability to map processes and build detailed workflow diagrams.
• Proven track record of implementing new ServiceNow modules and specific features.
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with internal and external teams to align solutions with business goals.
