Description

You will design, develop, and implement IT processes within the ServiceNow platform to meet specific client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Capture business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories for development teams.
• Organize and lead workshops to document workflows, decisions, issues, and risks.
• Manage the scrum process, including stand-ups, burn-downs, and story pointing.
• Execute end-to-end testing of configured functionalities and manage the defect log.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and review development outputs such as forms and workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, specifically ITSM and CMDB.
• Proven experience working within Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
• Ability to decompose high-level information into detailed technical stories.
• Experience documenting process maps using Visio or similar tooling.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex information and reach justifiable conclusions.
• Ability to lead workshops for groups of 10 or more people.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Agile/Scrum certification.
• Prior experience as a Developer or Architect.
