Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis for ServiceNow initiatives, including discovery, requirement gathering, and solution documentation.
• Drive process improvement by mapping current-state workflows and defining target-state processes within IT service management.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams to align on scope, priorities, and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain requirement artifacts (user stories, functional requirements, process flows) and ensure traceability.
• Support project management activities such as planning, status tracking, and coordination of delivery milestones.

Skills Required:

• 6-11 years of relevant experience in business analysis and IT service Strong experience in ServiceNow and business analysis.
• Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of process improvement and IT service management practices.
• Experience supporting project management and project delivery activities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
• Understanding of ITIL principles and ServiceNow ITOM is an advantage.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field
