Description

You will act as the functional bridge between customers and the architecture team to deliver ServiceNow solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the architecture team and customers to define functional requirements.
• Manage onshore stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Lead and manage team members to ensure delivery objectives are met.
• Demonstrate functional expertise in ServiceNow modules during client engagements.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or functional roles.
• Functional understanding of ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management).
• Functional understanding of ServiceNow SAM (Software Asset Management).
• Proven experience handling onshore client requirements.
• Strong team management and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working closely with technical architects.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT service management workflows.
