Description

You will own functional analysis and implementation support for ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
• Configure and optimize software lifecycle processes, including license management and reconciliation.
• Evaluate existing IT asset management processes to recommend improvements and ensure audit compliance.
• Coordinate between IT, procurement, and business teams while providing user training and documentation.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations before production deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in ITSM or Asset Management roles.
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, specifically SAM/SAM Pro.
• Deep knowledge of software licensing models for Microsoft, Oracle, and Adobe.
• Experience managing CMDB, Discovery tools, and IT Asset Management processes.
• Understanding of the ITIL framework.
• Proven ability in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience leading IT Asset Management or ITSM implementation projects.
