Description

You will own the analysis and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across the business lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document detailed business requirements for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB) by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Analyze existing business processes and map optimized workflows utilizing ServiceNow functionality.
• Design solutions alongside developers, ensuring platform alignment with business objectives and ITIL practices.
• Develop user stories, process flows, and use cases for ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support the change management process for ServiceNow enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst.
• 3+ years focused on ServiceNow implementations and process automation.
• Deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB.
• Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Strong proficiency in creating user stories, workflows, and process documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and business collaboration.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management ability across business leaders and IT teams.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks in a ServiceNow context.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform configuration (workflows, reports, dashboards).
