Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for role and persona management.
• Analyze user roles to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and governance standards.
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.
• Document processes, requirements, and recommendations clearly for cross-functional teams.
• Support governance and compliance efforts related to role and persona management frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Specialized focus on role and persona management within ServiceNow.
• Proven experience conducting role analysis and defining role requirements.
• Deep understanding of persona management and user role frameworks.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to document requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow or other IT Service Management tools.
