• Support governance and compliance efforts related to role and persona management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Specialized experience in role and persona management.
• Proven track record in conducting role analysis and defining role requirements.
• Deep understanding of persona management and user role frameworks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
