Description

You will manage business demand engagement and the requirements lifecycle for the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis to produce detailed specifications.
• Translate as-is and to-be processes into user stories suitable for iterative, incremental development.
• Manage the flow of requirements from the product backlog into sprint planning within the ServiceNow tool.
• Act as the primary interface between development teams and business stakeholders to resolve blockers and complexity.
• Analyze supplier release notes to identify and implement new platform features.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a technology environment.
• Working knowledge of the ServiceNow platform from a user perspective.
• Proficiency in Agile, SAFe, and DevOps methodologies.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks.
• Strong ability to perform requirements management, including elicitation, approvals, and scope impact analysis.
• Proven capability in business process design, functional design, and user interface design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with supplier release note analysis.
