Description

You will drive requirements definition and solution design within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements to identify automation opportunities.
• Apply ITIL best practices to optimize service delivery across Incident, Change, Problem, and Major Incident modules.
• Develop and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases for ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define use case requests, outline UAT criteria, and troubleshoot workflow issues.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform implementation and configuration.
• Proven experience applying ITIL framework principles.
• Proficiency in conducting gap analysis between current and desired processes.
• Experience adhering to ServiceNow Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Skill in translating business needs into system requirement specifications.
• Strong ability to manage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating process flows and user manuals.
