Description

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to implement ServiceNow solutions within the Health & Safety domain. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Health & Safety applications through stakeholder workshops and interviews.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization within ServiceNow.
• Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with developers to design and configure applications and participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Conduct end-user training sessions and provide supporting documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working specifically with ServiceNow applications.
• Direct experience with Health & Safety modules or similar applications.
• Deep understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance needs.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, or GRC.
• Proven ability to write functional requirements, user stories, and test cases.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Railroad industry.
