Bridge business requirements with technical ServiceNow implementations through configuration, documentation, and stakeholder management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
• Design and propose ServiceNow solutions aligned with best practices and business needs.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and scripts.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate solution quality and functionality.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, developers, and IT teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, customization, and scripting using JavaScript and Glide API.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Expertise in Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Change Management.
• Proven ability in Project Planning, Project Governance, and Project Financial Management.
• Experience in Benefits Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware integration tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
