Description

Act as a ServiceNow Business Analyst focusing on HRSD modules and process design.

Responsibilities

• Elicit detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and optimize end-to-end business processes.
• Configure ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet functional needs.
• Support the lifecycle of Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Problem, and Service Portal modules.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in requirement elicitation and business process design.
• Hands-on configuration experience within the ServiceNow platform.
• Direct experience designing and supporting ServiceNow HRSD.
• Deep functional knowledge of Incident management.
• Experience with Change management processes.
• Proficiency in Service Catalog configuration.
• Experience managing Knowledge bases and Problem management.
• Familiarity with Service Portal design and support.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
