Description

You will lead the solutioning of an enterprise ServiceNow implementation for a large Federal Agency, acting as the bridge between customers and technical engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into documentation, conceptual designs, and detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and identify opportunities to reduce implementation effort.
• Lead test plan development and execution, performing functional testing on configured stories to ensure design requirements are met.
• Decompose business problems to determine root causes and propose solution alternatives using standard ServiceNow features.
• Define business processes, system usage, and information requirements through direct engagement with stakeholders and subject matter experts.

Required Skills

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust.
• 5+ years of experience in systems requirements, design, testing, deployment, or production support.
• 3+ years of subject matter expertise in ServiceNow platform applications, including business processes and enhancements.
• Experience implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Proven ability to draft functional design specifications and comprehensive test plans.
• Strong knowledge of process improvement, flow documentation, gap analysis, and change management.
• Experience presenting solution alternatives that articulate the cost of customization versus configuration.
• Ability to work Eastern Standard Hours.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow HRSD and ITSM applications.
• Experience delivering projects for Federal Government clients.
