Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ServiceNow platform, translating requirements into functional solutions across ITSM, CSM, or HRSD modules. You will own the end-to-end requirement lifecycle, from gathering and documenting BRDs/FRDs to mapping workflows and supporting UAT/SIT phases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, creating detailed BRDs, FRDs, and workflow maps.
• Configure and support ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align technical solutions with business processes.
• Support UAT and SIT cycles, ensuring quality delivery and resolving defects.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and integration documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years overall experience, including 3–6 years specifically on the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong expertise in ITSM and/or CSM process design and implementation.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and workflow mapping.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Functional knowledge of CMDB, HRSD, and ServiceNow integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting UAT/SIT processes and reporting/dashboards.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA or CIS).
• Experience with complex ServiceNow integrations.
