Act as the functional bridge between business needs and ServiceNow implementation, translating requirements into platform solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering, documenting BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Translate stakeholder business needs into functional ServiceNow requirements.
• Configure, design workflows, and support integrations and enhancements with development teams.
• Drive process improvements aligned with ITIL framework and organizational goals.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage feedback to ensure solution quality.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Deep functional expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Change, and Problem.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow platform usage.
• Experience with BSS and OSS frameworks.
• Skilled in process mapping and ITIL framework application.
• Ability to support platform governance and roadmap planning.
