Description

You will own the analysis and implementation of business solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to define objectives.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and maintain documentation.
• Design and configure ServiceNow modules and workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to ServiceNow or ITSM platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Business Analysis and IT Service Management.
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow and Workflows.
• Familiarity with JavaScript for platform customization.
• Proven ability to perform System Testing.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certification (Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist).
• Experience with scripting languages used in ServiceNow development.
