Description

Act as the primary owner of ServiceNow platform administration, support, and maintenance, bridging business requirements with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-user support issues and fulfill requests by working directly with stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions to define business, financial, and operational specifications.
• Create process flows, use cases, diagrams, and models to guide developers and vendors.
• Perform cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support IT business decisions and purchasing efforts.
• Coordinate system testing and end-user reviews for new or modified implementations.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a large enterprise environment.
• Thorough understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and ITAM processes.
• Proficiency in process modeling and creating flow diagrams.
• Experience with data architecture and importing data for reporting, spreadsheets, and graphs.
• Ability to develop data flow diagrams using industry-standard modeling techniques.
• Strong analytical skills for performing cost-benefit and total cost of ownership modeling.
• Knowledge of application programming, database design, and network architectures.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification.
