Description

You will act as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst for the ServiceNow platform, translating business needs into technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
• Apply SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL practices to project workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and validate solutions.
• Support release cycles and maintain documentation accuracy.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL practices.
• Proficiency in writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or ServiceNow Agile Development.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in higher education ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, CIS).
