Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and gap analysis across business functions.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conceptualize and document end-to-end business processes, workflows, and data flows in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define current-state and future-state processes.
• Act as the interface between business users and technical teams to ensure requirement accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integration capabilities.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, functional analysis, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience writing BRDs, FRDs, functional design documents, epics, and user stories.
• Expertise in ServiceNow, ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC modules.
• Excellent business communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze gaps and propose functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery models.
