Description

Bridge business needs and technical delivery within the ServiceNow platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery workshops, process walkthroughs, and gap analysis.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Document end-to-end business processes, workflows, and data flows in ServiceNow.
• Define current-state and future-state processes with stakeholders.
• Interface between business users and technical teams to ensure requirement accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integration capabilities.
• Hands-on experience writing BRDs, FRDs, functional design documents, epics, and user stories.
• Expertise in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC.
• Experience working in Agile or SAFe delivery models.
• Excellent business communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze gaps and propose functional solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
