Description

You will act as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical teams to drive ServiceNow implementations and process optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical stories for the development team.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify optimization opportunities within the ServiceNow platform.
• Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Coordinate between clients and developers to ensure requirements are clarified, signed off, and implemented.
• Remove impediments for the Scrum team and assist with unit testing processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with ServiceNow or other enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing complex stakeholder environments in delivery or operational roles.
• Experience applying enterprise SaaS platforms to solve specific business challenges.
• Proven ability to lead delivery across multiple projects and workstreams within a matrix management organization.
• Knowledge of IT service management and the ITIL framework.
• Experience participating in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Sprint Reviews.
• Ability to develop job aids and training materials.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of total working experience in IT service management or related fields.
