You will translate business requirements into ServiceNow solutions and manage the delivery lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into actionable ServiceNow technical specifications.
• Lead agile ceremonies and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Design dashboards and reports to facilitate real-time data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate across functional teams to ensure platform alignment with business needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or platform administration.
• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.
• Certified Product Owner (CPO) credentials.
• ITIL v3 certification.
• Experience working within agile environments.
• Proficiency in conducting UAT.
• Background in ServiceNow platform administration.
