You will gather, document, and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements to drive ServiceNow implementations and improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate existing processes, workflows, and roadmaps to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Create and maintain data-driven reports to support strategic business decisions.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and maintain clear communication with business stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow products: Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response (SIR), Security Operations (SecOps), and Third-party Risk Management (TPRM).
• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify, gather, and prioritize technical requirements.
• Experience in Risk Management and process evaluation.
• Ability to create and interpret data-driven reports.
• Strong documentation and knowledge transfer skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.
• Background in Third-party Risk Management (TPRM, previously VRM).
