Description

You will align technology solutions with business strategies by analyzing complex processes and designing enterprise integrations. You own the collection, analysis, and documentation of business requirements while coordinating with project teams to implement ITSM and ITOM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Align IT resources and technical solutions with business unit strategies.
• Design and integrate technical solutions for highly complex, cross-functional business processes.
• Coordinate the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements.
• Serve as a project team member or lead for ServiceNow implementations.
• Support automated testing and test management for ServiceNow custom applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, specifically in ITSM and ITOM development.
• 4+ years of overall IT experience.
• Proficiency with Flow Designer and Scoped Applications.
• ServiceNow Certified (CSA or CIS) certification.
• Experience with automated testing and ServiceNow test management tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, DevOps, or ITIL methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Administration and Implementation certification.
• Experience with Business Continuity Management and Major Security Incident Management (MSIM).
