Description

You will translate application functionality into architecture and business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document workflows and business analysis results to define system requirements.
• Write user stories with acceptance criteria and functional tests following agile best practices.
• Perform functional tests on configured stories and support quality management reviews.
• Decompose business problems, determine root causes, and propose solution alternatives.
• Support Organizational Change Management (OCM) by defining the target state solution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of specific ServiceNow BA experience, including designing workflows and writing stories.
• Experience in process definition, documentation, change control, and process improvement.
• Ability to elicit project and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and requirements gathering software.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and tailor messages to different audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in CAPM, PMP, Agile SAFe, ITIL, or ServiceNow CSA.
• Experience with data mining tools and end-user training.
