You will design, develop, and implement IT processes within the ServiceNow platform by bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
Responsibilities
Analyze and improve existing IT processes on the ServiceNow platform.
Capture business requirements and translate them into agile stories, use cases, and process diagrams.
Develop current state analysis and future state conceptual models using standard process engineering techniques.
Facilitate prototype demos, user acceptance testing (UAT), and stakeholder training.
Collaborate with developers to manage the implementation process for new initiatives, integrations, and enhancements.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience as a business analyst in IT Service Management design, transition, or operational processes.
Hands-on experience in business analysis and configuration or administration of at least 2 ServiceNow modules.
Ability to facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and provide training to clients and internal teams.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate information from multiple sources and reconcile conflicts.
Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization, including senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of Scrum methodology and Agile processes.
