Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow solutions within an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow instances to meet specific operational needs.
• Conduct process analysis and optimization to streamline workflows.
• Design intuitive user interfaces within the ServiceNow platform.
• Create technical documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Analyst.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
• Practical experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems and applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving configuration issues.
• Effective verbal and written communication for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
