Description

You will act as the functional lead bridging technical requirements and ServiceNow platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to design effective ServiceNow solutions and workflows.
• Manage platform capabilities including Service Catalog, Service Portal, and Reporting.
• Design database schemas and manage data modeling requirements.
• Oversee technical implementation through the Automated Testing Framework (ATF).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ServiceNow business analysis and administration experience.
• Advanced ServiceNow System Administration knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Now Platform core capabilities: CMDB, Workflows, Reporting, Service Catalog, and Service Portal.
• Working knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and/or SecOps applications.
• 5+ years of applied technical experience.
• Proficiency in Agile-based methodologies such as Scrum.
• Strong background in database design schemas and data modeling.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Project management experience.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow System Administration Certification.
• ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, or CMDB experience.
• ITIL Foundations, ServiceNow Application Developer, or technical consulting experience.
