Description

Lead technical implementations of ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM solutions in large-scale organizations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate joint application design (JAD) and collaborative sessions to define system requirements.
• Elicit, define, and document business, user, and system requirements.
• Model functional requirements and develop use cases for workflow automation.
• Analyze business processes for improvement and application design.
• Lead cross-functional teams including subject matter experts, architects, developers, and testers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within the last 12 years.
• Proven experience leading technical implementations of ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM solutions.
• Expertise in business process improvement and workflow automation.
• Strong background in use case development and functional modeling.
• Ability to manage requirement management plans and task planning.
• Experience working within large-scale organizational structures.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITOM.
