You will act as a ServiceNow Business Analyst supporting pharmaceutical operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes within the ServiceNow platform.
• Align IT service management workflows with organizational requirements.
• Support service delivery frameworks and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• ITIL Foundation+ certification.
• Experience with COBIT.
• Experience with VeriSM.
• Experience with IT4IT.
• Experience with Lean IT.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (strongly desired).

Preferred Skills

• Scrum certification.
