Description

You will design and manage workflows for NOC Incident, Change, Problem, and Vendor Management. Act as the primary liaison between the NOC and Service Management teams. Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow designs and implementations.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, validate, implement, and release new features and enhancements within TSM, FSM, and CMDB.
• Provide architecture and design support for TSM (Incident, Change, and Problem), FSM (Work Order Management), and CMDB.
• Manage workflows for NOC Incident, Change, Problem, and Vendor Management.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the NOC and the Service Management team.
• Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow designs and implementations.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing business requirements.
• ServiceNow Architect certification.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Implementor certification.
• ETOM/ITIL certification.
• Experience with TSM, FSM, and CMDB modules.
• Experience with Work Order Management.
