Description

You will design and implement workflows for NOC Incident, Change, Problem, and Vendor Management. You act as the primary liaison between the NOC and the Service Management team, translating business requirements into functional ServiceNow designs.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, validate, and release new features and enhancements for TSM, FSM, and CMDB.
• Provide architecture and design support for TSM (Incident, Change, and Problem), FSM (Work Order Management), and CMDB.
• Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow designs and implementations.
• Lead workflow design and validation for NOC Incident management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing business requirements.
• ServiceNow Architect certification.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Implementor certification.
• ETOM/ITIL certification.
• Proven experience with TSM, FSM, and NOC Incident management.
• Strong background in workflow design and validation.
