Description

You design and implement ServiceNow workflows for NOC Incident, Change, Problem, and Vendor Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, validate, and release new features for TSM, FSM, and CMDB.
• Act as the primary liaison between the NOC and Service Management teams.
• Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow designs.
• Provide architecture support for TSM (Incident, Change, Problem) and FSM (Work Order Management).
• Lead workflow design and validation for NOC Incident management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing business requirements.
• ServiceNow Architect certification.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
• ServiceNow Implementor certification.
• ETOM/ITIL certification.
• Proven experience with TSM, FSM, and NOC Incident management.
• Strong background in workflow design and validation.
