You will act as the voice of the business for ServiceNow products and capabilities, ensuring development aligns with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize features based on identified business needs and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement to capture requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories for technical development teams.
• Partner with technical teams to confirm solution feasibility and guide design.
• Lead user adoption and change management efforts throughout the product lifecycle.
• Oversee data quality and ensure processes comply with enterprise standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a business lead or product ownership capacity.
• Proven experience in Change Management.
• Strong focus on maintaining Data Quality and process alignment.
• Ability to articulate complex business requirements to technical teams.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across diverse departments.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
