Define ServiceNow product strategy, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and drive user adoption across HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize features based on strategic business objectives and identified needs.
• Capture requirements by collaborating with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Procurement.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories for technical development teams.
• Partner with technical teams to confirm solution feasibility and guide design.
• Lead user adoption and change management efforts throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a business lead or product ownership capacity.
• Proven experience in Change Management.
• Strong focus on maintaining Data Quality and process alignment.
• Ability to articulate complex business requirements to technical teams.
• Experience engaging stakeholders across diverse departments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
