Description

You will own the analysis, design, and quality assurance of ServiceNow implementations, bridging business needs with technical execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, HLD, and LLD documents.
• Facilitate user story sessions, design workshops, and requirement validation with stakeholders across IT and business teams.
• Build ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test cases, regression suites, and SOPs to ensure release stability.
• Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for automation within ITSM, CMDB, and other ServiceNow applications.
• Support project planning, upgrade activities, and continuous improvement initiatives leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with strong functional expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process analysis, and translating business needs into technical implementations.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workflow/Flow Designer, Service Portals, and foundational data models.
• Experience building ATF test cases and managing testing cycles for upgrades and new releases.
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Functional experience with CSM, FSM, ITOM, or HRSD modules.
• Knowledge of Virtual Agentic AI, Predictive Intelligence, and Process Automation playbooks.
