Description

You will serve as the functional bridge between business needs and ServiceNow implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and validate requirements by engaging with stakeholders and process owners.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define and optimize workflows, catalog items, SLAs, and business rules within ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure solution designs meet functional accuracy.
• Drive adoption, value realization, and continuous service improvement across ServiceNow modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, specifically ITSM.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Expertise documenting BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or the ServiceNow Agile module.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Experience with enterprise service management concepts (ITSM, HRSD, CSM).
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP integration concepts.
