Description

You will implement, enhance, and maintain the ServiceNow application suite, focusing on ITSM and ITOM integrations and workflow automation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Integrate ServiceNow applications with third-party partners using SOAP or REST web services.
• Develop custom workflows utilizing modern web technologies and configure out-of-the-box workflows.
• Establish coding standards, lead design sessions, and conduct code reviews.
• Review current products to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
• Prototype new solutions rapidly and participate in regular scrum and requirement grooming sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• 5+ years of ITSM development experience.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow platforms including ITSM and ITOM.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, GLIDE, and HTML5.
• Experience with Transform Maps and integrating via SOAP or REST web services.
• Hands-on experience using Workflow Editor to configure workflows.
• Experience with Automated Testing Framework (ATF) and creating test suites.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or System Administrator certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Experience with Agile development methodology.
