Description

Lead development and configuration within the ServiceNow ITSM ecosystem, managing system integrations and asset processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, and Service Catalog Management.
• Develop and maintain system integrations using SOAP, REST, and Scripted Web-Services.
• Implement and debug Business Rules, ACLs, and SSO-SAML configurations.
• Execute data transformations using Transformation Map and Scheduler tools.
• Oversee Asset and Configuration Management processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow systems.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator and Developer credentials.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, AJAX, and Business Rules.
• Experience with SOAP, REST, and Web Service System Integration.
• Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and ITIL processes.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and Databases.
• Working knowledge of Networking and Networking Protocols.
• Ability to debug ACLs and manage SSO-SAML configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Angular JS, HTML, and CSS.
