Description

You will lead complex ServiceNow projects and manage large-scale technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end delivery of multiple ServiceNow projects, covering planning, scoping, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead and mentor a team of 20+ ServiceNow professionals, including developers, analysts, and administrators.
• Support pre-sales activities by creating RFPs, RFIs, and technical presentations, and conducting solution workshops and demos.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues affecting scope, quality, or timelines.
• Ensure all implementations adhere to ServiceNow best practices, standards, and governance processes.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Lead Consultant (CLC), Certified Master Architect (CMA), or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
• 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years leading ServiceNow projects and teams.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, integration, and administration.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs, including REST and SOAP.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, GRC, and SecOps.
• Experience with Cybersecurity modules including SecOps, GRC, BCM, and IRM.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
