Description

You will own the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and Application UI.
• Develop and integrate using ServiceNow APIs.
• Execute platform deployments and upgrades across multiple environments.
• Maintain required information security controls for the platform.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credential.
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations in ITOM and ITBM domains.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (preferred).
• Strong understanding of information security controls.
• Proven track record of managing platform upgrades.
