Description

You will own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across the enterprise, defining platform strategy, instance design, and governance standards.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture of multi-module implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and other platform areas.
• Design and oversee integrations using Integration Hub, APIs, web services, and event-driven patterns.
• Conduct architectural assessments to ensure platform health, performance, and reliability.
• Identify architectural risks and develop mitigation strategies to enforce governance across projects.

Required Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent deep architecture expertise.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience across multiple product suites.
• Proven success designing and governing large-scale enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong expertise in CMDB / CSDM, integration architecture, and scoped application architecture.
• Proficiency in security and performance modeling within the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, and Integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
