  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow solution deployment.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow CSM.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, XML, and HTML.
  • Experience working with Web Services.
  • Strong technical architecture capabilities.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA).
  • Experience with ServiceNow FSO and financial services.
